Bespoke wedding planning for international high-end weddings
This service is perfectly aligned to busy professionals who need the calming support of an experienced and professional team of international wedding planners with the contacts, expertise, multi-language approach that will make the planning journey feel collaborative and stress-free.
We take care of planning all the logistical details and design execution of your multi-day destination wedding, which includes sourcing out and assisting in the selection of your venue and suppliers, curating the design concept and every stylistic decisions, and coordinating the day to ensure your suppliers bring your vision to life, while ensuring that timelines, floor-plans and flow are executed exactly as planned.
We typically charge 15% of the overall wedding budget + travel. Minimum fee applies.

We realise that hiring a planner isn't for everyone; but having expert advice along the way can truly make a whole world of difference. We come across couples who feel completely overwhelmed, confused by the amount of contradicting advice they hear. Couples who are frustrated by the approach of suppliers who seem slow, uninterested, and in same cases unprofessional. And sometimes couples whose budget seems to be spiralling out of control and are extremely worried about the state of their finances.

Ad hoc one-to-one support for couples without a wedding planner
We can support you with any of the above and more. The best time to get in touch is literally as you embark on the journey. Doing a budget split with a professional is the smartest thing you could for yourself and your wedding, so if you've decided you want to plan your wedding but you want to make sure that you're going about it the right way right from the word go, one or two 60 minutes 1:1 sessions are the best investment you could ever make. If you've already start planning but all or some of the above situations are getting in the way of you truly enjoying the planning journey, a wedding planning call with us will be the one thing you need to get unstuck and feel in control again. Are you about to get married but feel you need someone to do a planning health check? Again, PERFECT! A 1:1 session with our planning team is going to give you that complete peace of mind.
