Buon giorno my dear readers! Hope you all had a great week and you’re excited about the weekend ahead!
I’m looking forward to tomorrow as I will finally meet one of my favorite bloggers, Rebecca Norris from Florence Finds, for a spot of afternoon tea with the lady herself and some of her readers. I will tell you all about it next week, but for now, I’d like you to meet the lovely Carla Thomas from Carla Thomas Photography.
As you know, I’ve vowed to only feature suppliers I personally like or would choose for myself, and most times I do so only after having met them in person or seen their products in real life. It’s a great pleasure, therefore, to introduce you to Carla whom I met some time ago at The London Wedding Club networking event. I immediately felt at ease talking to this lovely lady, and have been following Carla’s photography ever since (no, I’m not a stalker… it’s just this horrible vocabulary created by the world of twitter and Facebook!), so I can positively say that I love her work and the exciting projects she has been involved with!

I am a true romantic at heart and love weddings. I love listening to speeches and can often be seen laughing and crying along with family members. Weddings just fill me with joy. I have always been fascinated by people and how they interact, and what better place for people watching than a wedding? I love the enthusiasm and the belief of couples that no matter what life throws at them they will still have each other. What’s not to love?
As a bride and groom, you are showing how much you love and care for each other. For your friends and family it is a chance for them to see you make your commitment to each other and show YOU how much they love you and will be there to support you in your new life as husband and wife.
I have been photographing weddings since 2003 and with a background in event planning, I am always open to discussing your ideas and plans for your day. Before your wedding, during your engagement shoot and other conversations, I will spend time getting to know your personalities and your preferences, so that they are reflected in your wedding pictures. I will tell the story of your day and of you as a couple. My approach to photography is to capture those candid, emotional moments that make up your day, as well as those moments that go unseen.
I want you to have an amazing experience from the moment you meet me until long after you have received your wedding album, for you to be pleased choosing me as much as I am thrilled to be your photographer.
