Happy Saturday beautiful! We’re in for a long weekend here in the UK, as Monday’s a bank holiday here in the UK. I have a jam packed one, with a tour of the British Museum, and cocktail party and then, if the weather fancies playing ball, a drive down the coast. I like weekends like this. In all honesty, I often spend mine working, so it’s nice to get out, have fun and hopefully get inspired for a change.
On that note, I’ve been looking at my Google Analytics recently and I’ve noticed an interesting pattern with the way you consume content on my blog… It seems that Saturday is actually a much more popular day than I thought, and despite the fact that I never post on a Saturday, you keep popping by, more than you do on a Friday. I always assumed that you’re all out and about enjoying your Saturday, but considering that most of my traffic comes from Facebook mobile, it probably means that you still keep up with blog reading on the go.
So here we go, for my first Saturday post I have a round up of the few things that caught my eyes in the last 7 days:
♥ This stunning ranunculus at the top of the page?! That image blew me away. So delicate, silky…Beautifully captured by Ann Street Studio. In fact, all of their posts and photographic work blows me away.
♥ Meet Katya Katya Shehurina, designer of delicate vintage-inspired lace gowns on London Bride
♥ If you fancy some a bit of lush, check out this ‘Smoke & Mirror Styled shoot’ by Cranberryblue Weddings via B.Loved
♥ A bit of DIY on Bridal Musing with a tutorial on how to create pompoms shoes clips
♥ Be inspired by a cultural wedding, with this Sri Lankan celebration at The Gherkin via Beyond Beyond
♥ Botanical inspiration board by the über talented Pocketful of Dreams via Love My Dress
♥ And finally, my favourite quote of the week via Jasmine Star
Have a fab weekend everyone!
