Frankly it was about time that a high street retailer came out with such a beautiful wedding dress collection! Phase Eight 2013 bridal collection is so intricate, feminine and contemporary (not the usual high-street-spaghetti-straps-ball-gown-style!) that if I were getting married again, it would definitely see me having a wonder in House of Fraser Oxford Street to check them out (this is where they are currently stocked in London).
This is how Phase Eight blog describes the collection: “Revisit a time when Jackie O and Audrey Hepburn were the style sweethearts of a nation, with vintage inspired full-length wedding dresses in duchesse satin and crepe de chine. Exquisite floral appliqué and pearl beading details adorn the bridal gowns adding a feminine elegance and delicate charm to the clean, fluid silhouettes.”
The wedding dresses can be found in-store at House of Fraser Oxford Street, and in the Brighton and Edinburgh stores. Alternatively, you can browse the bridal collection online, and when you have decided which dresses you like you can call 0207 471 4422 to have them delivered to their nearest Phase Eight store to try on at your leisure! There is no charge for this service. Wedding dresses are available in size 6 to size 20. Have a fab day! x Betta
