Linen and Silk Weddings inspiration | a winter wedding

So another Monday, another mood board! Hmmm… “Another Monday another mood board“? Do you like that? Maybe that should be the name of this regular inspiration series… What do you think? 🙂

I’ve been thinking for a while about what my winter wedding moodboard should look like. I started compiling inspiration images with lots of red and white, but then decided that for me winter is not defined by Christmas, but by that feeling of coziness that you get when you sit on the sofa under a warm wooly blanket. And that’s how this pastel colours, wool and felt mood board came about!

Did you even know you could get a wooly bouquet?! And what about those cute felt cake toppers? The icing on the cake for me was to find a wedding dress designer who actually makes wool wedding dresses! I am in love with each and everyone of these little creations, even more so when you realise that they have each been crafted by hand. If you truly want to embrace winter, then this mood board will hopefully give you some simple ideas that will add a bright, fun element to your winter wedding.
